Where are the Ahlan Lounges located at Terminal 1?

There are two Ahlan lounges at Terminal 1, both located at D Gates. The Ahlan First Class Lounge and the Ahlan Business Class Lounge serving passengers traveling on all airlines except Emirates. Please note that the facilities are located on the airside of the airport.

Can I use the facility if I arrive at Terminal 3 and have an onward flight from Terminal 1?
Yes, you can use the Ahlan Lounge facility at Terminal 1. However, please note that Terminal 2 only has Marhaba lounge facilities available.

Do I need to go through a security check to access the facilities?
All facilities are situated on the departure levels. On arrival in DXB, you must complete transit security check to gain access to the departure levels.

Is there a Health Club at Terminal 1 if I have lounge access?
There is no Health Club at Terminal 1. However, there is a complimentary shower facility available for passengers with lounge access.

No, Priority Pass members do not need to book in advance. To access the lounge, the member must present either the digital membership or physical Priority Pass card, along with their boarding pass, at the lounge reception for verification and registration.

The number of guests allowed to accompany a Priority Pass member depends on their membership entitlement. Please verify this directly with your Priority Pass issuer, as lounge attendants cannot access this information.
